February is the month of love and romance. Just one day is left for Valentine's Day. Everyone's ready with Valentine's gifts and other surprises for your sweetheart. Some of friends seem to be deadly against Valentine's Day. Often they are heard saying that when love prevails all through the year -- 365 days, why should there be a specific day celebrating it. They call it madness. True... Mad are those people who are madly in love! I look at it in a different way. If there can be a President's Day, a Cuddle Day, International Women's Day, St Patrick's Day, what's harm in celebrating love on Valentine's Day? I stand for Valentine's Day and I think that it's worth meaningful celebrating "LOVE", the most precious thing on earth.
Of course, you need to nurture the kinship all year through. But it's a real fun to do something special on a particular day of the year - especially when it come to celebrating love. Though I sometimes wonder why do couples break up when they have argument over the celebration of Valentine's Day? They are among those cheap and stingy guys who would doesn't cherish the pleasure of making their special one happy by spending a few dollars on some Valentine's Day gifts. But there are also the ones with broader hearts who are ready to widen their wallets for their love, but are dead against celebrating love on this particular date. I think, partners should accept and respect each other's values. Those who don't believe in Valentine's Day have a point, but I think one should better compromise a little and at least buy a bouquet of flowers if his or her partner wants to celebrate it.
